Just in ! Abogado Ni Ruffa Guiterrez Iimbestigahan Ang Nagpakalat Ng Fake News!

Pinag-iisipan ng kampo ng aktres na si Ruffa Gutierrez ang legal na aksyon laban sa nagpapakalat ng hindi verified na impormasyon sa diumano'y pagpapalayas niya sa kanyang mga katulong sa bahay at hindi binigyan ng sweldo.

Sa pahayag na inilabas ng abogado ni Ruffa na si Atty. Bryant Gamonnac Casiw, muling iginiit ng kampo ng aktres na hindi niya pinalayas ang mga katulong o tumanggi na bayaran sa kanilang sweldo sa loob ng anim na araw.

Ayon sa pahayag ni Casiw,

"We issue this statement for our client Ruffa Gutierrez.

It has come to our attention that social media posts have circulated online about an alleged incident on 7 July 2022 involving two new helpers of our client who worked for a few weeks.

Contrary to fake news peddled on social media, our client NEITHER FIRED the helpers NOR REFUSED TO PAY their remaining pay for six days. In fact, it was the helpers who quit and insisted that they leave the house immediately without complying with clearance requirements of the village association.

This fake news is a black propaganda/smear campaign against our Client as she is playing the character of Former First Lady Imelda Marcos in an upcoming movie."

Bukod dito, nilabag din umano ng mga katulong ang confidentiality, non-disclosure at working agreements na nilagdaan nila noong June 12.

Huningi si Ruffa ng tulong mula sa opisyal ng Village Association Security Officer at Barangay Assistance Center sa paniniwalang ang isyung ito ay malulutas ng pribado.
