Suportado Ng Viva Ang Mga Kasong Isinampa Ni Debbie Garcia Laban Kay Barbie Imperial!

Nagbigay ng pahayag ng pagsuporta sa kanilang talent ang Viva Artists Agency. Ito'y matapos pumutok ang balitang nagkapisikalan ang kanilang talent na si Debbie Garcia sa isa pang aktres na si Barbie Imperial.

Ayon sa official statement ng Viva Artists Agency na ibinahagi nila sa kanilang Intagram account, sinabi nilang hindi nila kukunsintihin ang anumang act of violence.

Bagama't hindi pinangalanan si Barbie Imperial, makikita naman sa mga kumakalat na CCTV footages na ito ang naging kaalitan ni Debbie Garcia.

"Viva Artists Agency supports Debbie Garcia. We do not condone any act of violence," panimula sa statement ng Viva Artists Agency.

“VAA therefore fully supports its artist, Debbie Garcia, in taking legal action against her attacker in an incident of violence last [Oct.] 28 (Friday) at a gastropub in Quezon City. Debbie is set to lodge a complaint against the other person with the assistance of her counsel on [Nov.] 2, 2022 (Wednesday)."

Naniniwala rin ang Viva na si Debbie ang biktima sa nangyaring eskandalo. Humihiling din sila sa publiko na itigil ang pagpapakalat ng mga maling speculation at haka-haka na nakakasama kay Debbie.

"VAA believes that Debbie has been at the receiving end of physical and verbal attacks in the said incident. VAA howwever kindly asks the public to refrain from circulating copies of the video recording of the incident online, and let the issue be resolved legally."

Samantala, nagsampa si Debbie ng tatlong reklamo laban kay Barbie Imperial sa Quezon City Prosecutor's Office. Ang mga reklamong isinampa ni Debbie ay, slight physical injury, grave oral defamation and grave slander.
