Kasong Isinampa Ni Debbie Garcia Laban Kay Barbie Imperial Ibinasura ng Piskalya

 Tuluyan nang ibinasura ng piskalya ang tatlong reklamo na inihain ng sexy star na si Debbie Garcia laban sa Kapamilya actress na si Barbie Imperial matapos ang panunugod umano ng huli kay Debbie Garcia habang nasa loob sila ng isang bar.

Ito ay ang mga reklamong slight physical injury, grave oral defamation, at grave slander by deed.

Kabilang ito sa mga paksang tinalakay ni Ogie Diaz sa kanyang Showbiz Update nitong May 24, kung saan ipinakita pa niya ang kopya ng resolution na inilabas ng piskalya.

Ayon sa resolution, kakulangan ng ebidensya ang naging dahilan kung bakit ibinasura ng piskalya ang mga nasabing kaso.

“The alleged defamatory remarks and other acts intended or calculated to cast dishonor, discredit or contempt upon the Complainant that would constitute the crimes of Grave Oral Defamation and Slander by Deed are not evident in the CCTV footages attached to the complaint.

“There seems to be no further verbal confrontation that transpired, after the more or less two (2) second commotion, between the parties at the time of the incident.

“What is evident from the CCTV Footages is that the parties were immediately pulled away from each other after a brief commotion, and nothing ensued thereafter.

“Respondent was not even seen making a remark towards the Complainant based on the CCTV Footages and there was no recording that Respondent was grabbing and pulling the Complainant’s hair, scratching her chest, neck and arm, and kicking her leg.

“WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the undersigned finds that the charges against the Respondent Barbie Imperial y Concina, alias “Barbie Imperial” for Slight Physical Injuries under paragraph 1, Article 266 of the Revised Penal Code, Grave Oral Defamation under Article 358 of the Revised Penal Code and Grave Slander by Deed be DISMISSED due to INSUFFICIENCY OF EVIDENCE,” bahagi ng resolution na ipinakita ni Ogie Diaz.

Matatandaan na noong October ng nagdaang taon pumutok ang isyung panunugod ni Barbie Imperial kay Debbie Garcia sa Tipsy Pig Gastropub sa Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

Isa sa mga itinuturong dahilan kung bakit nagawa ito ni Barbie sa dating kaibigan na si Debbie dahil sa selos.

Pinagselosan umano ni Barbie si Debbie noong magkarelasyon pa ang Kapamilya actress at ang kanyang ex-boyfriend na si Diego Loyzaga.
